Open marketplaces let anyone message a student. C3 does the opposite. A campus, hostel, township, or professional body is its own tenant. People join with a verified email domain, an invite code, or an admin’s approval. Until they are in, they do not see the market.

The name is the inventory: communities, crafts, and cuisines. Cooks, tutors, and makers first.

The loop is short: list, talk, buy or barter, then review.

The institution can approve members, moderate listings, and own the categories. That is the product, not a setting buried in an admin panel.

It does not need to win national e-commerce. It needs to be the trusted counter inside one gate.
